The Organization
PearlPaint Group develops, produces and supplies liquid and malleable branded products for repair, pre-treatment, finishing, maintenance and cleaning. All products have been developed for specific applications in industry, construction and the living and working environment. PearlPaint Group works with an ambitious and driven team on their quality brands, including Avis®, BICCS®, Bleko®, Bolivia®, Bruud®, CoatRight®, De Parel®, Rolith®, Trae-Lyx® and Verfijn®.
The Challenge
You are responsible for the QHSE policy of PearlPaint Group. From the Enschede location, you maintain and develop the QHSE systems and processes, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Certifications take place under your leadership and you are a genuine agent of innovation. You work closely with your colleagues throughout the company based on the vision that world-class quality can only be achieved if all those involved in the process are committed. You organize internal audits, perform them and follow up the audit findings. You supervise compliance with all legal frameworks and you pay attention to creating support for QHSE within the organization. In this position you will be part of the Bleko Chemie MT and you provide functional leadership to the HSE officers at the locations Lelystad and Almere.
Your Profile
- You have a relevant HBO education;
- You have a number of years of relevant work experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry;
- You have a feeling for the goals and interests of all stakeholders and you make the right considerations to serve those interests;
- You are ambitious, precise, independent, show initiative and have the drive to develop yourself;
- You work goal- and solution-oriented and have attention for details;
- You have a structured and independent working attitude and you take responsibility with conviction;
- You learn quickly, are flexible and able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary manner. Knowledge and experience in the field of fire safety, chemistry and the associated permits are a plus;
- Experience with improvement projects using for example Six Sigma is a plus;
- Preferably you live in (the area of) Twente;
- You are in possession of driving license B.
